Sanrock Mining Shotcrete Sprayer is developed for wet spraying support of mines,also known as Wet Spray Trolley.Depending on the size of the roadway and tunnel,the machinery is available in narrow and wide versions.Applicable cross-section (width x height) from minimum 3.5m x 3.5m to maximum 8m x 8m.
The use of high-pressure close-range spraying operations brings the spraying quality and production efficiency to a new level,and is widely used in wet spraying support concrete spraying operations in underground mines or small and medium-sized underground projects.It adopts diesel engine four-wheel drive tire articulated chassis to travel,making it flexible and fast.

Automatic Additives Dosage Control:The PLC will control the adding dosage of the additives according to the concrete spraying volume to get the lower spraying rebound rate.
Adaptable to a wide range of environmental working conditions:Four-wheel drive,articulated steering and lateral cab;the whole machine has a compact structure and a small turning radius,and is specially designed for driving in small tunnels such as underground mines.

If the fuel level is too low,the water temperature is too high,the hydraulic oil temperature is too high and so on,there will be an alarm prompt.

Spraying Boom
The boom is designed with a double-rotating and double-telescopic boom structure,which is flexible in remote control operation,easy to control the flatness and rebound rate of the injection,and the injection efficiency is also very high.
PCL Intelligent Control System
PCL automatically controls the automatic addition of accelerating setting agent,using a hose pump equipped with a variable frequency motor drive. Compared with screw pumps,the adding accuracy of accelerating setting agent is higher,it better matches the requirements and saves raw materials.
High Performance Manipulator
The arm frame is made of imported steel,and the middle arm joint is strengthened to avoid defects similar to other manufacturers' breakage.
Under wireless remote control control,the spray manipulator has a large spray range and many degrees of freedom.
The nozzle swing uses a spiral motor,the rotation movement is flexible and has no dead ends,and can be used for axial,longitudinal, brushing and other movements.
The boom of the shotcrete unit adopts telescopic and pitching type.
