How to choose the matrix of saw blade grinding machine:

and the inner hole tolerance is large. When the above matrix
defects exist, grinding errors will exist regardless of the type of
equipment used.
2,The large deformation of the matrix results in the deviation of
the two lateral angles. The inconsistency of matrix thickness will
cause deviation of back Angle and front edge Angle. If accumulated
tolerance is too large, the quality and precision of saw blade will
be seriously affected.
3,Mechanical transmission has gear and mechanical clearance
dovetail sliding accuracy is poor, the stable performance of the
clip is low, the center adjustment of the support piece is
difficult, the tooth pulling mechanism or reliability is poor, the
two sides of the plane and the left and right back Angle are not in
the same center grinding, resulting in large deviation, Angle is
difficult to control, mechanical wear is difficult to ensure
accuracy.
