Saw blade grinding machine operating rules:
1,The operator shall pass the examination and obtain the operation
certificate before being allowed to operate. The operator shall be
familiar with the performance and structure of the machine, and
shall abide by the safety and shift transfer system.
2,Sawing material should be put firmly, according to the different
cross-section shape of the use of bearing edge or whole block, or
directly placed, and clamp firmly, multiple pieces of clamping, to
check whether all clamping clamping.
3,Empty operation for about 10min, check the transmission parts,
lubrication, hydraulic and cooling systems, check whether the vise
is normal, until the lubricating oil temperature is greater than
20℃, before the formal work.
