Explosion-proof hazardous location light fixtures, also known as
explosion-proof lighting fixtures, are lighting equipment specially
designed for use in hazardous environments.
Must comply with strict explosion-proof standards and safety
requirements, GB3836 (equivalent to IEC60079, EN series
standards)/GB12476 (equivalent to IEC61241, EN series standards),
to ensure that they can work normally in hazardous environments,
while ensuring workers and equipment safety. These standards
include requirements such as explosion-proof grade, corrosion
resistance, high temperature resistance, impact resistance,
vibration resistance and corrosion resistance.
Explosion-proof lamps are usually made of special materials, such
as aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc., which have the
characteristics of anti-corrosion, high temperature resistance,
impact resistance, and explosion-proof. The glass cover on the lamp
is also made of special materials with high strength and high light
transmission to ensure that the lamp will not break or explode
during operation.
In addition, explosion-proof lamps usually use LED light sources,
because LED lamps have the advantages of high efficiency, low
energy consumption and long life, while also providing uniform
lighting effects.
