"UV LED" curing lamp is a new technology and new way of drying UV
series material resin/ink/varnish/adhesive/coating etc.
by ultraviolet irradiation, with fast speed and good performance.
Cool Printing Environment: Enables to print on heat sensitive
substrates, viz. thin slides, self-adhesive sheet, stretch PVC
materials,
and more. Minimum heat resistance allows effective bi-directional
calibration.
Easy Switch OFF and ON: Easily switch ON and OFF without
degradation of intensity. Thus, there is no warm up time which
leads faster operation with high productivity.

A: The wavelength of UV LED lamp usually are365-405nm. The
wavelength for inkjet printer is
395nm, 385/395nm for printing machine,365nm for UV glue.
2.What's your LED chip brand?
A: The LED chip brand we use are LG, Epileds, Seoul, Nichia.
3.What's the cooling way?
A: We have water cooling and air cooling UV LED.
4.If the light intensity is adjustable?
A: Yes, the intensity is 0-100% adjustable. We designed different
dimming system for different products.
