    What is UNS S30815 Heat Resistance Stainless Steel?

    • Grade UNS S30815 is a lean heat-resistant austenitic stainless steel developed for applications requiring high creep strength and good corrosion resistance.
    • Grade UNS S30815 stainless steel, also referred to as the W.Nr. 1.4835 alloy.
    • Grade UNS S30815 contains fairly low nickel content, which gives it some advantage in reducing sulphide atmospheres when compared to high nickel alloys and to grade 310S.
    • The inclusion of high silicon, nitrogen and cerium contents gives the steel good oxide stability, high elevated temperature strength and excellent resistance to sigma phase precipitation.
    • Grade UNS S30815 stainless steel is available in all standard mill forms including pipe, rod, bar, plate, sheet, strip and foil products.
