Product Description
This is a device for heating the material to be evaporated to make
it adhere to the surface of the substrate, and condensing into a
film after evaporation. Its principle is to use heating and evaporation to uniformly
atomize aluminum on the surface of the substrate to form an
aluminum-plated film. It is mainly used in a variety of food
packaging, medical packaging, and tobacco packaging.
Aluminum coating machine generally consists of three parts: vacuum
system, evaporation system and winding system. Notes for use are as follows:
1. The vacuum chamber should be regularly maintained and cleaned;
2. Regularly check and maintain supporting vacuum pumps, etc .;
3. Regular machine maintenance;
4. Train operators to prevent equipment from being damaged due to
misuse.

Basic Features
1. High precision winding system:
Digital wire wound electronics, can be horizontally unfolded. Two
different rewind modes.
2. Spreader drum:
The metal straight spreading roller achieves uniform tension across
the entire width of the coil, and achieves uniform coating and
rewinding.
3. Combination mode evaporation system, used for:
1) Aluminum source
A thermal evaporator used for resistance heating of intermetallic
composite materials. Continuous aluminum wire feed system for easy
observation.
2) Zinc source
Radiation heating furnace for zinc evaporation. A nozzle plate used
for uniform or reinforced edge coating.
4. Advanced oil blocking system:
Advanced oil masking system for producing non-metallic stripes in
the direction of web paper. Multi position high-precision remote
control adjustment of the oil evaporation tube, with digital
indications on the touch screen. Radiation oil heating and oil
pollution prevention design.
