Introduction of LS-1200K

LS-1200K is an automatic slotting machine with two functions. Can groove thin paper (250-600 gsm) and cardboard (0.8-2.5 mm). Working speed 35m/min Can process 8 slots at a time. Add V-groove blades as needed. Can add 12 V-groove optical head mounts. The cutting angle of the V groove is 80 to 140 degrees.

The conveyor belt that feeds paper into the slot area is divided into three sections to facilitate feeding of thin paper. Use a single alignment system to accommodate different sizes and unique shapes without replacement. Only the left side should be straight. The grooving section is equipped with eight high-precision tool holders, allowing for easier and more accurate setting. After grooving, the finished product is transported forward.
