1.Mixing and Feeding: PVC resin, additives, and other materials are mixed in a
high-speed mixer to create a homogeneous compound. This compound is
then fed into the extrusion process.
2.Extrusion: The mixed PVC compound is fed into an extruder, where it is heated
and forced through a die to form the shape of the window profile.
The extruded profile is then cooled and shaped using vacuum
calibration tanks and cooling baths.
3.Cutting and Hauling: Once the profile is formed and cooled, it is cut to the desired
length using a cutting saw. The cut profiles are then hauled away
to the next stage of the process.
4.Reinforcement: For added strength, metal or fiberglass reinforcement is inserted
into the hollow cavities of the PVC profiles. This reinforcement
enhances the structural integrity of the window frames.
5.Corner Cleaning and Welding: The corners of the PVC profiles are cleaned and prepared for
welding. The profiles are then welded together using a combination
of heat and pressure to create seamless joints.
6.Drilling and Milling: Holes for hardware such as handles and hinges are drilled into the
PVC profiles. Additionally, any excess material is milled off to
achieve the final shape and size of the profiles.
7.Assembly and Glazing: The PVC profiles are assembled into window frames, and glass panes
are fitted into the frames. Sealing gaskets and weather-stripping
are also installed to ensure the windows are airtight and
watertight.
8.Testing and Quality Control: Finished window frames are subjected to various tests to ensure
they meet quality standards. These tests may include checks for
dimensional accuracy, strength, and thermal performance.
9.Packaging and Shipping: Once the windows pass quality control, they are packaged and
prepared for shipping to customers.
