LINE DETAILS
This line is applied to produce 32-160mm pvc pipe. Its output
capacity can be up to 250kg/h. This line adopt Siemens-beide motor
power. It adopts 65/132 extruder with 37kw. Our screw and barrel
are famous Chinese brand"HUAYE" with delicate special design. Its
inner cover is smooth enough and the produced pipe shinny. Our
extruder adopts integrated gearbox with much stronger strcuture and
high working stablity. The screw material is 38CrMnAlA. The mould
is 40Cr forging and casting. We adopt two caterpillar for this line
and saw cutter. The cutter has smart screen control. Our haul-off
machine adopts ABB inverter and INOVICE motor. Our machine has best
