Product Introduction
The absorbable hemostatic powder is a patented product with an
exclusive formula and technology; it’s a new microporous
polysaccharide hemostatic (MPH) powder, which can stop bleeding
quickly and effectively. The raw material is plant-derived starch,
which is non-immunogenic. The process has no cross-linking and no
chemical reaction, and can be completely degraded and absorbed in
the body, leaving no residue and safer.
Scope of application
It is used to stop bleeding of small arteries, small veins and
capillaries during surgical procedures (except ophthalmology,
urology and neurosurgery) when compression, ligation,
electrocoagulation or other traditional hemostasis methods are
ineffective.

The absorbable hemostatic powder is purified by mixing and
purifying sodium carboxymethyl starch and starch in equal mass
ratios, and is placed in a plastic spring bottle. Sterilized by
irradiation, for single use.

Mechanism of absorbable hemostatic powder
1. The powder is sprayed directly onto the bleeding site or through
a delivery device.
2. The particles quickly absorb water in the blood, forming a high
concentration of platelets and other blood components on the
surface of the particles, forming a gel-like mixture with strong
adhesion.
3. The gel-like aggregated cells provide a skeleton for blood
coagulation, accelerating the normal coagulation reaction. Fiber
clots appear within a few seconds, and the expanded particles,
adsorbed platelets and other solid components become the basis for
blood clots.
4. The blood clot is degraded, and the particles are broken down by
enzymes into polysaccharides, which are absorbed by the body
without leaving any traces.
