Product Information
Wedge wire filter, also called wedge wire strainer, wedge screen
filter, wedge wire filter strainer, is composed of wedge wires and
support bars. It is durable and no deforming for longer time using,
with our mature wedge wire filter processing technology.
The profile wires of wedge screen filter usually wedge wire or
triangle wire, and support bars could be triangle wire, round wire,
flat wire and wedge wire. Besides, it has an inwardly expanding
v-shaped groove to minimize the solid particles clogging.
The wedge mesh filter(Johnson pipe) are made of metal wedge wire
with Rolling and welding technology, which has the advantages of
high mechanical strength, high pressure resistant, easy flushing
and regeneration, etc. Nearly two-dimensional filter has no dead
spots of particle accumulation, and the wedge-shaped gap is
reversed. The backwashing energy can be gathered when flushing, and
the backwashing effect is good.
