Wedge wire filter, also called wedge wire strainer, wedge screen
filter, wedge wire filter strainer, is composed of wedge wires and
support bars. It is durable and no deforming for longer time using,
with our mature wedge wire filter processing technology.
The profile wires of wedge screen filter usually wedge wire or
triangle wire, and support bars could be triangle wire, round wire,
flat wire and wedge wire. Besides, it has an inwardly expanding
v-shaped groove to minimize the solid particles clogging.
Wedge wire filter screen pipe johnson screen is a mechanical self-cleaning device that was developed to meet the
growing need and demand for an efficient and economical method of
removing suspended solids from mixed liquid streams. The continuous
and self-cleaning effect of the rotating screens makes it possible
