Product Description:
Stud outlet flanges are designed for installation inside and
outside of containers and storage tanks. The curve of the outlet
should be fitted to the curve of the shell, head or cone. Stud
outlets range in size from 1/2 "to 24" and pressure ratings from
150# to 2500#. Stud outlets can be provided flat as well as
contoured bottom to fit the od or id of the shell, head or cone.
The neutralizer from the center line of the container/head can also
be accommodated.
Material: The most commonly used thread socket is A/SA-105N. They
can also be made of various stainless steel and alloy materials.
Thickness: The standard thickness of all bolt exports above is the
minimum thickness required for the SME Section I of the VIII
Section Part I. It is important to note that each individual
application should analyze appropriate thickness.
Drilling and attack wire: Except for other regulations, the exit of
the thread is configured according to the ASME B16.5 specification.
The thread depth is in line with the VIII Chapter 1 of the VIII
Section 1 of the American Mechanical Engineer Association (ASME).
UG-43 (g), the design temperature does not exceed 650 ° F, the
mother material stress is 17,500 PSI (G), and the thread stress is
25,000 PSI (g). All other materials that exceed these stress should
check whether the UG-43 meets the requirements.

standard. Other sizes can be provided as required.
