Description
SF-TC144H-8163A-T is a 1.44 inch square mode with Resistive Touch
Screen (RTP) TFT LCD module, it supports MPU 8bits interface
displaying 128x128 pixels resolution. This TFT LCD module is
built-in with ST7735 driver IC( compitable with ILI9163C IC). its
supply voltage for analog (Vcc) range from 2.6V to 3.3V, typical
value 2.8V. This module is having anti-glare surface panel, view
direction 12 o'clock, gray scale inversion 6 o'clock.
SF-TC144H-8163A-T module is a square type TFT-LCD featured with
brightness 150 nits (typical value). The module also is available
for without touch screen option whose part no. SF-TC144H-8163A-N.
The working temperatures is from -20°C to +70°C; its storage
