Product Description:
Pre-painted steel is a type of metal that has undergone a
continuous coil coating process. Through this process, paint is
applied to both sides to form a layer of uniform paint finish. The
coil of steel passes through a machine where it is first unwound
and cleaned. Subsequently, it goes through a chemical treatment
before receiving the coating of paint.
In the coil-coating process, the metal may be aluminum or steel,
and can receive different types of coating. This is done to give
the metal the highest level of protection, while also making sure
to reach different aesthetic requirements. The process involves the
cleaning of the two surfaces before they are treated chemically,
and then usually primed and/or painted. Following this, the steel
