How to get cocoa butter and cocoa powder?
1. Use roast machine to heat cocoa bean.
2. After heat, the skin will easy to remove, use the peel machine
to remove the cocoa bean's skin.
3. Use the colloid mill, you will get the cocoa paste. If you need
sell the cocoa paste or need to manufacture chocolate, also need
this machine.
4. Use filte cloth to pack the liquid, and pressing, you will get
the cocoa butter and cocoa oil cake.
5. put the oil cake into first machine, you will get thick powder.
6. Grind the cocoa cake again, you will get the cocoa powder with
low oil yield.
