Description
The FT series melting equipment is specifically designed for
melting corrosive materials, such as DMF rectification residue and
various hazardous wastes.
The thermal oil (or steam) is as the heating medium, which is
heated by a thermal oil boiler (or a steam furnace), and the barrel
material is heated and melted into a liquid state through the
thermal oil coils inside the equipment.
This equipment is suitable for melting various corrosive materials
with similar properties to asphalt, packed in the drum.
The part equipment which contact materials directly is made of 304
stainless steel material, which is suitable for melting various
corrosive material.
Melting plant components
The equipment mainly consists of melting tank, lifting system,
tipping devices, drum plate, dripping liquid collect system,
hydraulic propulsion system, thermal oil heating system, liquid
pump, pipe system, and electric control system.
Working principle
The equipment adopts automatic spring door sealed box structure.
The drum is lifted by electrical hoisting. The hydraulic propeller
pushes drum plate into the melter, and using the hot thermal oil
from external boiler as the heating source.
Continuous production one full drum in and one empty drum out from
the other end.
