Brief introduction:
YAW-3000 PC-controlled Compression Testing Machine combines
mechanical, electronic and hydraulic technology together. It is
mainly used to test the compressive resistance of brake, stone,
cement, and other materials.
Hydraulic pressure system:
Electrohydraulic servo control oil source is mainly composed of
servo valve, full digital single channel servo controller, computer
printer, related test software, and other necessary accessories.
The servo valve adopts special electro-hydraulic servo valve for
large tonnage test machine. Using the principle of double-stage
pressure bearing pressure difference, while increasing the working
pressure, improving the working conditions of the pump and
extending the service life of the pump); the high and low pressure
soft switching hydraulic module composed of main overflow valve,
secondary main overflow valve, secondary overflow valve and
reversing valve, no more than 3u precision oil filter; with
blocking alarm or stop function of oil filter.
Dynamometric system:
1. The full digital closed-loop control system is adopted for
control and measurement, and the test process, dynamic display of
the test curve and data processing are carried out by computer.
After the test, the curve amplification can be analyzed and edited
through the graphics processing module, and the product performance
can reach the international advanced level.
2. Open program interface, can customize special test methods for
users, fast, convenient, reliable, default implementation of GB,
ISO and other test standards.
3. Accurate and perfect data analysis function, using
human-computer interaction to analyze and calculate the mechanical
performance indicators of the test materials, can automatically
calculate the tensile strength, elastic modulus, yield strength,
non-proportional elongation stress and other data, but also can
manually intervene in the analysis process to improve the accuracy
of the analysis.
4. The test data is managed by the database and automatically saves
all the test data and curves.
5. Realize special closed-loop control of displacement,
deformation, force and speed. During the test process, the test
speed and test curve can be flexibly changed to make the test
scheme more flexible and fast;
6. Multi-layer protection: with software and hardware two-level
protection function, can realize the test machine overload,
overflow, overvoltage, undervoltage, overspeed, limit and other
safety protection methods.
