Inspection principle
At present, the general PET beverage filling production line will
consist of a series of production equipment and corresponding
production processes such as bottle blowing machine, filling
machine, coding machine, labeling machine, cartoning machine, and
palletizer. In many manufacturers, A large number of workers will
be deployed to inspect products in preforms, filling, labeling,
packing and other processes. As labor prices continue to rise,
there is considerable labor cost pressure on manufacturers.
The preform inspection equipment is placed before the bottle
blowing machine to complete various defect inspections of the
bottle preforms. The full bottle inspection equipment is placed
after the filling machine to complete the defect inspection of
capping liquid level coding. The label inspection equipment is
placed in the sleeve label/ After the labeling machine, the labels
can be fully inspected, and the packing inspection equipment is
placed to check the integrity of the packing after packing and
before palletizing.
