Product Description:

Unitube Mining Falme-retardant Cable:
The fibers, 250μm,are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are
filled with a water-resistant filling compound. The tube is wrapped with a layer of PSP longitudinally.
Between the PSP and the loose tube water-blocking material is applied to keep the cable compact and
watertight. Two parallel steel wires are placed at the two sides of the steel tape.The cable is completed
with a flame-retardant sheath.

The structure of MGTSV fiber cable is by inserting a 250μm fibers into a loose tube made of a high-modulusmaterial filled with a waterproof compound. The center of the MGTSV is a steel wire as a metal strength member. The loose tube (and the filling rope) is twisted around the center strength member to form a compact and round cable core. The MGTSV optical fiber cable use for coal mine with armored-steel tape and double PE jacket.

Characteristics:

· Blue flame retardant PVC sheath, with good flame retardant characteristics;

· Anti-tensile, anti-wear, anti-flattening, anti-impact, repeated bending, twisting, bending (bending Angle not exceeding 90°), shooting, etc., with good mechanical properties;

· Stable temperature cycle, complete sheath, anti-seepage water drip, flame retardant and other good environmental performance;

· Precisely controlled fiber length and cable stranding pitch ensure excellent tensile properties and temperature characteristics of the cable;
