Suction sewage truck is a new type of environmental sanitation vehicle that collects, transfers, cleans and transports

Function:
The dedicated part of the suction truck consists of a power take-off, transmission shaft, vacuum suction pump,
pressure tank, hydraulic part, pipeline system, vacuum pressure gauge, fecal viewing window, hand washing
device, etc. It is equipped with a high-power vacuum suction pump and a high-quality hydraulic system along
with the vehicle. The tank head is formed by one-time die casting, the tank body can be opened backwards,
and the double top is self dumping. The dirt inside the tank can be directly dumped through the back cover,
which has the characteristics of high vacuum degree (greater suction than a suction truck), large tonnage,
high efficiency, and wider use.

Working principle:
Due to the fact that the fecal suction hose is always submerged on the liquid surface, the air inside the fecal
tank becomes thinner and thinner after being sucked, causing the pressure inside the tank to be lower than
atmospheric pressure. The fecal liquid enters the container through the fecal suction hose under atmospheric
pressure. Or due to the proximity of the siphon pipe to the bottom of the tank, when the air is continuously
discharged into the manure tank, it is compressed due to its lack of outlet, causing the pressure inside the tank
to be higher than atmospheric pressure. Under the action of compressed air, the manure is discharged outside
the tank through the siphon pipe and the suction hose.

The suction vehicle has the characteristics of high suction efficiency, self suction, self discharge, and direct
irrigation. Filling time of the fecal tank: ≤ 5 minutes, suction lift: ≥ 8 meters. It has the characteristics of long
