detection of the roundness,maximum diameter,minimum
diameter,bubbles,abnormal shape,core deviation and other capsule
appearance defects.It is used to automatically detect the capsule
roundness,maximum diameter and minimum diameter,and automatically
eliminate unqualified products.

- It can automatically measure the roundness,maximum diameter and
minimum diameter of cigarette capsules.
- It adopts the high-resolution area-array industrial camera and
unique image processing algorithm.
- It provides automatic feeding,sorting,photographing and NG
sorting,without manual intervention,simple to operate.
- It provides the mechanical rotation process for 360-degree
inspection.
- Each capsule can provide up to 40 pictures from different angles,
and the detection speed is not less than 30 pcs/min.
- It adopts the quick-release hopper,which makes the feeding and

system,and Chinese graphical interface,easy to learn and use.
- The appearance defect detection function for capsules is optional
