Product introduction:

The FQI-A Composite Filter Rods Quality Optical Integrated Detector is used to automatically detect the segment length, composite gap and phase of composite filter rods, which can improve the detection level of tobacco products. It is a new advanced automatic detection device for composite filter rods in tobacco industry in China.

Performance and features:

• It is suitable for the detection of composite filter rods with different diameters and lengths, and can be switched quickly.
• The combined light source can be used to detect pure-color filter rods (fluorescent signal is required).
• Mechanical turnover process can be used to detect multiple angles of filter rod and accurately extract characteristic parameters.
• With sorting function, it can eliminate unqualified products.
