① 20 head/24 head/32 head weigher:304 stainless steel main
structure, dimple plate is more suitable for viscous materials;
Anti-condensation device to protect circuit, can be used in
sub-zero working environment; Equipped with timing hopper; Standard
ring skirt retaining device to prevent material sliding.
② Inclined elevator:304 stainless steel main structure, with 200L
silo, at the same time each elevator is equipped with (dimple
plate) independent vibration feeder, The top of the four elevators
is connected with the guiding chute extending to the four sections
of the upper hopper.
③ Independent vibrating feeder. 304 stainless steel main structure,
dimple plate, can reduce the material adhesion, is conducive to
uniform feeding.
⑤ Bowl-type elevator:Limited by the height of the plant, this
system requires bowi-type elevator for secondary lifting; 304
stainless steel main structure; Spray teflon inside the bowl to
reduce material stickiness
⑥ Finished product conveyor:304 stainless steel main structure,
used to transport finished products.
