The working principle of the ultrasonic wire indium coating machine
is as follows:
1. Preparation of coating solution: Firstly, it is necessary to
prepare a coating solution containing indium material. Coating
solution is generally composed of indium powder or indium compounds
mixed with solvents, and its viscosity and concentration can be
adjusted as needed.
2. Installation of superconductors: Install the superconductors
that need to be coated in the clamping device of the ultrasonic

have adjustable clamping force and the ability to adapt to
different diameters.
3. Ultrasonic vibration: The coating of indium on ultrasonic
superconductors generates high-frequency ultrasonic vibration.
These vibrations are transmitted to the coating liquid through

4. Coating process: When ultrasonic vibration acts on the coating
liquid, it causes small eddies and vibrations in the liquid. These
eddy currents and vibrations help to evenly disperse the indium
material in the coating solution and promote its uniform
distribution during the coating process.
5. Coating effect: The indium material in the coating solution will
be sprayed or sprayed onto the surface of the superconductor
through the coating device under the action of ultrasonic
vibration. Due to the eddy current effect and small vibrations of
ultrasound, indium droplets in the coating solution will be
