Working principle of Double Roller Press Granulator
The series of roll granulation is an extrusion model, its working
principle is the belt and pulley driven by electric motors, to the
driving shaft to pass through the reducer, and synchronization of
the gear and the driven shaft opposite the work. Material from the
hopper to feed, after the roll extrusion molding making into a ball
shape, then to the broken screen to finish the separation, finally
get the even oval shape granules.
