Description:
Ultrasonic lace machine is a device used for making lace, which
uses ultrasonic technology to weld fabrics or other materials
without needle or thread. It usually consists of an ultrasonic
generator and a pressure roller.
When using an ultrasonic lace machine, first place the fabric or
material to be processed under the pressure roller, and then
generate high-frequency vibration through an ultrasonic generator.
These vibrations are transmitted to the fabric or material through
pressure rollers, causing it to generate high temperatures in the
welding area. Due to high temperature, the surface of fabric fibers
or materials partially melt and merge with adjacent fibers or
materials to form lace.
