Wet scrubber also called spray tower, purification tower, spray column. It is a new type of industrial waste gas treatment and processing equipment.
It is widely used in the pretreatment of industrial waste gas treatment, odor removal, dust removal.

This product are widely used in chemicals, chemical preparations, pharmaceutical factories,

laboratories, metallurgy, light industry, food, new energy, electroplating, pickling, petroleum,
machinery, electricity, etc.

1.Dust removal effect is good: as a result of mechanical cutting and standardized production, perpendicularity and water film can meet the design requirements, and the dust removal effect is better.

2.Long service life: the inner cylinder is made of corrosion
resistant and wear-resistant granite (ceramic) to ensure more than 20 years.

3 .Use the operating environment clean: because of the whole structure, no leakage, always have a clean, hygienic working environment.

The exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower by the wind pipe. Through the packing layer, the exhaust gas and the absorption liquid are fully exposed to the absorption and neutralization reaction of the gas-liquid two phase. After the exhaust gas is purified, the fan is discharged into the atmosphere by the dehydration of the mist removal plate and the mist eliminator. The absorption liquid is pressurized by the pump at the bottom of the tower and then sprayed down at the top of the tower. Finally, it is recycled to the bottom of the tower for recycling. The purified acid mist exhaust gas is lower than the national emission standard.

The nozzles are available in stainless steel, PTFE (polytetrafluoro-ethylene) and titanium alloy materials.
