Product Configuration

1.New design of evaporation source:(Top clip/Staggered)increased evaporation rate of aluminum,easier to clean up,increased the speed of replacing the evaporation boat,saving the time.

2.Roll formation :After metallising, the rolls have to be wrinkle free and the edge alignment has to be max. ± 5 mm or better.

Coating adhesion :Coating adhesion measured with tape,when tearing the tape, only a small amount of aluminum trace is allowed to attach to the tape.For PP film, the subtest should be performed at least 12 hours after coating.

Layer thickness uniformity :

The measuring points are evenly distributed each 25 mm across the web width. At least 95.4 % of all measured values have to be in the tolerance range as mentioned in the test table.
