The type mobile compact container chicken slaughter line is
suspended from a steel frame (galvanized or stainless depending on
your choice) and shipped with 40-foot shipping container. The lines
comes complete with overhead conveying line for live bird hanging,
stunning, killing and bloodletting, scalding, plucking,
eviscerating including main equipment with water stunner, bleeding
trough, scalding tank with electric heating directly, de-feathering
machine, evisceration trough with water taps. Screw chiller can be
installed for your choice.
The system is shipped fully assembled, wired up and almost ready to
run. There is no need for costly installation visits by engineer.
Just need to connect power to the control panel and connect with
water.
