Product Features
This machine suits various types of special-shaped voice coils
(square type, runway type).
The control system adopts a full English touchscreen interface,
which is easy to operate. Staff can take up the job after two days
of training.
The mechanical operation part is reasonably designed, making the
production efficiency of the equipment higher than that of
competitor equipment.
The metal materials used have been treated with special processes,
which significantly improve the wear resistance and anti-corrosion
performance of the equipment compared with ordinary equipment,
extending the service life of the equipment.
The mechanical movement part all uses imported servo motors and
high-precision ball screws.
The imported bearings ensure the product’s high efficiency and high
precision, with small deformation and improved product quality;
the whole machine adopts a safety design to prevent safety
accidents during operation.
