Q4: How should I provide my own artwork to you?
A: The most preferred format is PDF Illustrator or Coreldraw vector
artwork with all fonts converted to outlines/curves. We also accept
.jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd, or .bmp files (please ensure the
artwork is enlarged 4 times larger than the pin size).
Q5: Will I receive an art proof before you produce my products?
A: Yes, we will send you a proof after receiving your order, and we
will not proceed with production until we receive your approval of
the artwork.
Q6: How long does it take to ship the goods? Do you have stock for
this item?
A: For products that are in stock, we can deliver them to you
within 1-3 days. The regular lead time for mass production is 20
days, depending on the order quantity. While we do keep some stock
for standard items, the stock quantity is subject to change. Please
feel free to contact us for the most up-to-date information.
Q7: What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after it's in
production?
A: Any changes or cancellations are subject to charges based on the
costs incurred up until the time of your request. Once an order is
in production, no changes can be accepted. If changes are
necessary, they will be processed as a new order.
Q8: How about the after-sales service?
A: We conduct 100% inspection during production and before
packaging. If there is any problem with the quality, we are
committed to providing a replacement in the next order. Please
