Application:
The machine uses sponge as adhesive to bond other materials
together, such as non-woven fabrics, woven fabrics, synthetic
leather, PU, PVC, etc. Its working principle is through flame
burning the sponge of which surface will appear one layer of sticky
stuff, then quickly laminating with other materials.

Working speed can be controlled with the touch screen, no-step
speed regulation can be achieved; the gap of pressure rollers can
be adjusted according to different materials, different air and gas
mixing ratio can be set, and tension can also be set according to
different materials to avoid the phenomenon of bending and
wrinkling.
3.Constant tension accumulator device: Automatic setting the
different tension to ensure the effect of fabric laminating.
4. Gas constant pressure mechanism and gasifier are added in this
machine to ensure the gasification and constant pressure of
liquefied gas in winter, thus ensuring the uniformity and stability
of fire exhaust combustion.
5.Fabric alignment control has been added to protect the materials
from running off.
6.The roller increases to three rollers and can drive
independently. Adjusting the speed of three roller, can avoid the
wrinkles, bending and tension because of the different fabrics
during running.
