Linxing diamond wire saw for profilling Linxing diamond wire saw for profiling, is used in the stone factory to process the big stone block into different shapes, such as granite marble profiling, Mid-rigidity granite marble profiling, and hard granite marble profiling.
Linxing diamond wire saws are widely used to process special shape granite marble surfaces and for multi-wire machines to cut marble slabs.
* Diameter of beads is from 7.3mm to 8.8mm, 37/33bead per meter.
* For soft granite, line speed is 28-30m/s, cutting speed is 10-20㎡/h, and wire life is 15-20㎡/m.
* For Mid hard granite, line speed is 28-30m/s, cutting speed is 8-15㎡/h, and wire life is 10-15㎡/m.
* For hard granite, line speed is 26-28m/s, cutting speed is 7-10㎡/h, and wire life is 7-10㎡/m.
* Sample can be sent within one week and bulk orders can be finished within15days.
