Description:Pipeline three-layer PE anti-corrosion structure: the first layer
of epoxy powder (FBE > 100um), the second layer of adhesive
(AD)170 ~ 250um, the third layer of polyethylene (PE)2.5 ~ 3.7mm.
The three materials are integrated and firmly combined with the
steel pipe to form an excellent anti-corrosion layer.
Pipe diameter range Φ159 ~ Φ1220 2PE anticorrosion: Pipe two-layer
PE anticorrosion structure, the first layer of adhesive (AD), the
second layer of polyethylene (PE), the two materials are
integrated, the thickness of each layer is the same as that of
three-layer PE.
Steel pipe conveyor system
The electrostatic spraying system is configured on the inner spray
line of the production line to avoid the inner coating pinholes
caused by the discharge of the spray gun.
The dust removal system configured in the production line can
simultaneously take into account each point that the powder
overflow needs to be controlled, which is environmentally clean.
The intermediate frequency heating system configured in the
production line has the function of automatic temperature feedback
adjustment, the electrostatic gun has the electrostatic generating
device, and the spray gun is the product designed by our company.
The powder closed circulation system configured on the external
spray line can satisfy the full recovery of powder and clean
production environment, and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
The powder dust removal system has reasonable air volume
adjustment, novel shape, high dust removal efficiency, clean and
environmental protection, the overall use of noise reduction
treatment, low noise.
