Cylinder Mould
Our Stainless Steel Cylinder Mould have strong Casting Outside Spoke Space Plate which was molded for
one time with solid and stable structure, steady operation and long
life span. The external diameter of the cylinder mould work face
is±2mm and wire face flatness degree is not more than 0.15mm. Wire
face circular run-out is not more than 0.1mm and static balance
equilibrium amount is not more than the 0.1% of the self weight.
Cylinder Mould can be used for paper making, pulp washing and
watermarks.
Material:
(1)Main shaft: Seamless steel tube, axle head 45# carbon steel,
thermal refining
(2) Spoke: The Inside and outside spoke material is stainless steel
or carbon iron. The inside spoke is inlayed stainless steel belt.
(3) Wire face: Stainless steel 304 sheet, space and bar
There are Decay resistance glass steel spacer sleeve between the
two spokes.
(4) With bearing box and bearing block.
