Brief Introduction:

• The paper edge protector line is an important equipment for making edge board with small paper rolls with required width.
• It can work together with paper slitting machine.
• The angle board can be used for packing many goods, like wood, glass, furniture, making paper pallet with paper honeycomb board, etc….

Characteristics:

• ZHJ-120D model is for making L-profile protector only and maximum working speed is 40 MPM. Single color printer and heating device are for additional option.
• Coaxial transmission.
• Adopt air cylinder for forming pressure regulating.
• Touch screen and servo system make ZHJ-120D machine easy for operating and with cutting precision of ±1mm per meter.
• With function of automatic malfunction alarm.
• Automatic counter for calculating production.
• It is easy to disassemble and change the forming wheel.
• Gluing section can supply glue with fixed volume automatically.
• For 50x50x5mm edge board, inside paper recommend 6 layers 500gsm recycled paper + 1 layer 150-170gsm kraft paper as surface paper.

• Bottom cam type cutting head can cutting minimum 50mm edge board, so don’t need to buy a separate edge board re-cutting machine.

Optional part:

• 90° angle cutting unit.
• This unit can do die punching on L edge board to make it can fold with 90°.
