Introduction:

• The equipment is mainly used in jigsaw puzzle, food preservation card, sticky rat board, fine box and other products that need to be laminated twice or more, can produce cardboard, ash plate, KT plate and other flat sheet with a certain degree of stiffness of the material.
• Two mode selection: 2 ply lamination and 3 ply lamination

Features:

• Unique Dynamic Aligning System (Synchronized Laminating Mechanism): The speed difference between faster paper delivering and front stopper moving advances the paper to reach the front stopper, and paper sides are aligned synchronously with side stoppers to ensure upper and lower paper being aligned and laminated perfectly.
• Transmission System: The planet-type system allows smooth and even distribution in power transmission by a complete set of timer belts. Free maintenance, low noise and high efficiency.
• Low E-type Paper Holder Plate:Convenient for quick paper replenishment by pushing pallet trolley directly to the holder plate, or rail track is also available. Optimum E-type holder plate and high speed elevating mechanism shorten lead time of paper replenishment and increase efficiency.
• Newly Developed Front-top Suction Feeder: No need for adjustment during paper-size change that fresh operator can run the machine without intensive training. No suction mechanism above paper stacker offers more Spacious operation room.
• Vibra-loose Collecting Mechanism: Capable of loosening mullet-laid laminated sheets and pushing neatly to ensure smooth collection of paper. E-type holder plate and high speed elevator jointly pull out laminated sheets rapidly and conveniently, which greatly increase the working efficiency.
• Motorized calibration of running speed and pressing paper Length allows easy change-over of different paper sizes. Laminated sheets can be overlapped together or pressed individually. The newly added extra roller set can apply repeated heavy pressure on thinner finished sheets for the second time to ensure smooth and exquisite lamination.
• Three sets of HMI system: Man-machine interface, Voice Alarm and Lamp indicating PLC. Automatically detecting running condition, irregularities, maintenance and job record. elected electronic elements perfect both operation and safety.
• Specially Designed High Precision Coating Mechanism: The precision of gluing roller and glue adjusting roller can reach less than 0.01mm, and glue coating volume can be adjusted to as little as 0.02mm.
• Auto Glue Level Control: Accurately adjust coating volume required by different paper to ensure even gluing.
• Convenient Paper Separator: Separate the paper from the gluing roller quickly and easy for dismantling, cleaning and calibration of the gluing roller.
• Side Stopper of Gluing Roller: Delicate side stopper can wipe the glue back to the roller to prevent roller ends at high speed from glue over flowing, and it can also adjust back flow of the glue to guarantee smooth running of gluing system.
