Characteristics:

• 1.2 mm thin edge slitter with both automatic and manual grinding.
• Total eight shafts: first is sheet transmitting shafts, second is slitting blade shaft, third is rubber transmitting roller, forth is creasing wheel shaft.
• Creasing wheel is male to female type.

SPECIFICATION

Feeding part

• Sheet feeding width adjustment is operated through screw pole manually;
• Sheet feeding length is adjustable, the rear stop can be adjusted by chain manually;
• Feeding belt is seamless belt, big friction and long working life;
• Double tension control system, make machine more stable
• Belt transmitting shaft's surface is knurled, for increasing friction between shaft and belt, to make sure successful feeding;

Slitting part

• Total four pairs shafts for the slitting part. First pair shaft is rubber roller, second pair shafts is thin blade shaft and blade holder shaft, third pair shaft is also rubber roller, forth pair shafts are creasing shafts;
• Two pairs of rubber roller is put to the first pair shaft and third pair shaft position, can make sure minimum sheet slitting length could be 350mm;
• Slitting size adjustment: Electric adjustment;
• Blade made with Tungsten alloy steel, make sure good cutting and long working life;
• Creasing wheels include top wheel and bottom wheel. Top wheel with two lines and bottom wheel with three lines;
• Blade grinding system include automatic model and manual model, customer can choose the model as per true requirement;
• Electric parts use China and International famous brand, like Chint, People, Siemens, Schneider;
