Characteristics:

1. Printing plate material is Photosensitive resin soft plate. Suitable for printing on PE, PP, glass paper, kraft paper, food paper, Non Woven Fabric, etc....

Details of each part

1. Unwinding part

1) One automatic tension controller, including 40kg magnetic powder brake and 7.5kW vector inverter motor

2) Automatically stop when disconnected; when the machine stops, keep tension to avoid loosening the material or the lines.

3) Air expanding shaft of 3”, 2 pcs

4) Ultrasonic correction: one piece, it has manual/automatic/central return function, which can adjust the inverted movement left and right.

5) Material reel core diameter: 76mm

2. Printing system

1) Printing cylinder perimeter: 200-1000mm

2) Printing material: resin plate or rubber plate

3) Transmission: The central roller driver with a large gear drives printing station.

4) One ceramic mesh roller, 200-800LPI, Shanghai Yuncheng brand

5) One closed ink chamber doctor blade system, it uses TELFON technology

6) One two-way diaphragm pump, ink cycle operation and supply

7) Adjustment method: Electric longitudinal set and horizontal set. (Automatically print it after adjustment. When the machine is started, no color is needed again.

3. Drying system

1) The machine is equipped with a blower and heater; the heater uses the central temperature control system

2) All thermal air between the printing unit is provided by a heating unit. The air volume can be adjusted, but the wind door/panel is independent.

3) After the drying unit is installed in the printing machine, at the top of the machine: extend to 4 meters long.

4) Dry the device between each color, and then dry a device after the printing is completed

4. Machine body and framework

1) The framework is made of high -strength, low -stress alloy cast iron. It is cast through resin sand process and is treated with vibration.
