Product Function
1. Electric heating system:
The heating temperature of the electric wedge is controlled by
closed loop, and the temperature can be continuously adjusted.
Adjust to the corresponding pressure position for welding according
to the thickness of the material
2. Welding pressure adjustment system: continuous adjustment is
possible.
3. Transmission system: It adopts synchronous driving of upper and
lower pressure rollers with two wheels and electronic stepless
speed change control.
The automatic control system is equipped with a speed-measuring
generator to adjust the welding speed and keep it constant, which
is not affected by the load change.
Power is transmitted to the transmission / pressure roller via
three-stage planetary gear reduction.
