This equipment is designed for unscrambling plastic bottles of
various shapes—be they round, contoured, or square. Irrespective of
the initial orientation of the bottles, this machine seamlessly
handles bottle feeding, unscrambling, flipping, arranging, bottle
output, and integration with subsequent packaging equipment.
Crafted from high-quality stainless steel or non-toxic,
pollution-free engineering plastic, the machine utilizes mechanical
transmission technology.
It accommodates different bottle types by adjusting machine parts,
offering stepless speed adjustment for ease of operation and high
automation levels.
Intended to complement the primary machinery in the production
line, this equipment ensures smooth workflow integration.
Main Featue
1. The machine's purpose is to manually input materials into the
storage bottle repository for safekeeping.
2. Materials within the storage bottle repository are automatically
measured and fed onto the turntable at a preset speed.
3. The turntable dispenses bottles with high-speed rotation,
standardizing and distributing them at a specified rate to the
unpacking section.
4. Noise levels are maintained below <70dB.
5. Constructed with 304-grade high-quality stainless steel, both
the machine frame and barrel facilitate convenient cleaning and
disinfection, leaving no dead angles.
6. Compliant with GMP requirements.
7. Equipped with an automatic bottle reversing mechanism featuring
a bottle collection device, significantly enhancing production
efficiency.
8. The machine features two stepless speed regulation motors. One
regulates the rotation speed of the bottle unwinding plate—faster
turntable speed results in quicker bottle unpacking, and vice
versa. Additionally, an Omron photoelectric switch is installed at
the machine's exit to detect bottle jams on the conveyor belt
behind. In case of a jam, the bottle tray motor halts
automatically. If a bottle shortage is detected, it activates to
resume bottle dispensing.
