Automatic Cosmetic Tube Labeling Machine
The tube labeling machine is designed for wrap-around labeling on
empty soft tubes. It is also suitable for orientation labeling on
soft tubes with detectable orientation features. Particularly ideal
for the packaging needs of the cosmetics, personal care, and food
packaging industries. Due to the lack of rigidity in the tube body
and the soft and transparent nature of the label, new labeling
challenges arise such as raised label corners, air bubbles, and
tube path blockage.
This automatic tube labeling machine utilizes self-adhesive reel
labeling paper, employing a rolling labeling method. It can be
equipped with automatic tube feeding, enabling tube release and
labeling in one step. Additionally, it can be fitted with a printer
for synchronous label printing.
Operating under computer optical fiber control, this machine
ensures synchronous tracking. Labeling is controlled by mutual
inductance stepper motor, guaranteeing labeling speed
synchronization with the bottle rolling speed. It stands as a
