3.Operating instructions1. Turn on the switch with lock before use,check the battery gauge and power volume 80% above is suggested.
Turn the vacuum system on.2. Open the switch ,pull down the driving handle a little and turn the
handle,to drive the
Manipulator forwards and backwards; Shift the handle left and right
,to make a turn.3.When doing motions,please press the buttons continuously to run
the hydraulic pump or motors to complete performances.4.When moving up and down ,please press the buttons continuously to
run the hydraulic pump to complete.5.
When moving extension and shorten,please press the buttons
continuously to run hydraulic pump to complete.6.When tilting up and down,please press the buttons continuously to
run hydraulic pump to complete.
7.When swing up and down,please press the buttons continuously to
run hydraulic pump to complete.8.
Pull the lock up and manually turn 270°edgewise with locking at
each quarter point, when rotation.9.
Pull the handle up and manually turn structure when tilting left
and right.10.
Clean up the surface of glass and suction pads,Move and press the
lifter tightly to the middle to glass.11.Press the vacuum button, then the vacuum pump runs and the
Unlock button turns red. When the vacuum button turns green and the
Unlock button is off with the pressure between -60Kpa and -80Kpa,
then it can lift.12. When the lifter can lift,operate motions to complete
transportation, loading,unloading, installation and others.13. When extending arms and hoses are installed and connected,open
the air hose lock valve;when extending arms are no need,uninstall
arms and hoses,and close the valve tightly.
14. When glass is positioned,release glass.15.Glass Release: when the glass is in position,then it could suck
off and release glass.Open the release switch to start the blowing pimp and hold the Unlock
button to blow and Release glass.16. Close power after work
