JTGT-A Geared Trolley
Operated by pulling the hand chain, this trolley smoothly traverses
the lower edge of an I-beam. Applicable in diverse settings such as
factories, mines, wharves, docks, warehouses, construction sites,
and machine rooms, its primary functions include installing
machinery equipment and lifting goods.
Designed for environments without power, it emphasizes safety and
simple maintenance, featuring a compact structure and a small
package size. The wheel distance is easily adjustable,
accommodating various types of I-beams. With high transmission
efficiency requiring minimal output, it can navigate with a small
turning diameter. The hinge links the left and right side plates,
ensuring equal force distribution.
It is imperative not to exceed the rated capacity of the hand
trolley, and working or passing under a load is strictly prohibited
to prevent accidents. Regularly applying grease to the bearings and
rail surfaces is essential, simultaneously checking for any
firmware looseness. In the presence of anomalies, discontinue
product use immediately, investigate the cause, and address it.
