Features
- Fully automatic loading and unloading, accurate in-position

shells to increase assembly accuracy
Standard configuration
- The cell is inserted into the shell using the cooperation of
four-axis and six-axis manipulators, flexible entry into the shell,
and stable assembly effect
- Cell cache transmission line: cell incoming cache, three-layer
cache, bottom reflow, can cache more than 60 cells;
- Transplanting robot: Transplant the cells to the core-combining
mechanism through the robot, and transplant two cells at a time;
- Merging mechanism: the cells are fused from 0 to 90°;
- Cell feeding gantry: transplant the cells from the core closing
mechanism to the magnetic drive conveyor line;
- NG Conveyor Line: Store Scanning NG Cells
- Cell pairing: When used for a single cell NG, the reserved cell is
temporarily placed
