Product Introduction:
TP-NF High energy oxygen fiber recycling machine is a new
technology equipment independently developed by Top Machinery
(Chengdu) Co.,Ltd. Using the synergistic effect of high-energy
oxygen, super-soluble air-releasing technology, dispersion
technology, and filtration technology, the equipment releases
high-density and uniform high-energy oxygen bubbles, so that the
water can be rapidly oxygenated, react, to remove SS, O&G and
other substances, thereby reducing COD , BOD. The clean water
treated by high-energy oxygen is then filtered through a special
structure filter element to achieve ultra-clean water. This
technology has major innovations, and has developed a series of
applications in the white water fibers recycling of paper industry
with significant effects. It is also widely used in wastewater
treatment in food, chemical, textile and dyeing, slaughter,
husbandry, tannery, river treatment, etc.

3.The device adopts TPZF type dissolved air system. It has a

excellent anti-blocking capability that other dissolved air devices
do not have.
4.Also, the device adopts a new dissolved air releaser, which has
high air releasing perfection and the average particle size of
microbubbles is only 15~30 microns.
5.The device adopts chain plate scraper, which is stable and
reliable in operation and high in scraping efficiency.
