Product Description
The device can remove tiny particles over diameter of 0.25 mm in the wastewater. It’s widely used in papermaking, tanning, slaughtering, wine and food, chemical fiber and textile etc. wastewater treatment fields.
Working principle
The wastewater flows through the water inlet of the equipment by
gravity/pump and enters into the water storage tank of the equipment. When the
water level exceeds the top position of the partition plate of the
water storage tank, the wastewater will flow through the drum screen and be filtered through the drum screen. During the filtration process, the drum is driven by the motor
and rotates 360 °on the circumference.
The particles (impurities) larger than the gap of the drum screen are blocked by the drum and attached to the surface of the drum, and removed by the brush and scraping board on the other side of the drum.
The filtered water enters into the drum body through the gap of the
drum screen, and discharges outward at the water outlet of the water tank at
the bottom of the drum, which also cleans the drum.
Backwashing: set the cleaning time and stop time by the time relay, such as setting the cleaning time for 1 minute and
stopping for 8 hours, and adjust the cleaning time and stop time
according to the blockage of the drum; when cleaning, the solenoid valve is opened, the water enters the
backwashing pipe, and the drum is cleaned from inside to outside by the spray nozzles.

the same time, a flushing device is set to flush the dirt attached
to the mesh.
