This Model is special for Filling Production Line, and it is simple

requirements. This machine is the semi-automatic double piston
liquid detergent filling machine, working under the state without
electricity, it is safer to operate. This machine has two or four
filling heads in-phase, improving the work efficiency. And the
pneumatic part adopts the pneumatic components of Germany FESTO and
Taiwan's AirTac. The part contacting materials is made of 316L
stainless steel. With adjustment handle of filling volume, the
filling speed can be adjusted at will, with high filling accuracy.
Filling head adopts anti-leakage, anti-pull and with diving filling
device. It save workers and can increase the production capacity
rapidly. it,s ideal equipment for production line.
Features:
1. The filling adjustment system is composed of variable frequency
motor, PLC and touch screen, solenoid valve, material cylinder,
actuator and other combination through control setting,easy to
adjust and filling accurate .2. The container positioning system is completed by cylinder.
Customer can adjust according to different size and shapes bottles,
the method is simple and the positioning is accurate.
3. The anti dripping system adopts cylinder control. When the
filling nozzle is blocked, the recycle device for the leakage slot
is adopted to further overcome the leakage phenomenon.
4. Some filling materials are easily filled with bubbles. We design
the filling nozzle into the outer plug to solve the bubble problem,
and use the "PLC" program to control the function of the whole
filling edge filling edge, so that the filling measurement is more
accurate.
Application:
Suitable for beverage, juice, oil, liquid condiment, cosmetic hair
care products, shampoo,bath gel,liquid detergent, lubricating oil
and other fluid material quantitative filling, not restricted by
the bottle type.
